Longer stem vs handle bar risers

What should I go for a $20 set of handle bar risers or a longer stem?

Any real pros and cons of a longer stem? I can make my own longer stem with left over tubing.

Good idea or should I just buy some risers and call it good?

i got an extra set of clamps ill sell ya you can flip them over and gain an inch or so

That what I have right now but I'd like a 2" rise.

just get a stem with a antivibe clamp..

i am still waiting for my +2 burgard stem with antivibe clamp to show up.......but i think they are made to order
