So last night I cleaned and tightened the battery connections, due to my lights slightly pulsing at idle, ( same battery that was in the explorer)
Went to work to test battery and alt lastnight and lofl wtf!!!
Tested asked if the vattery was 6 volt, and said battery was junk, so went to test alt and it. Said cannly test 12 and 24v systems.. I'm like wtf?? So I grabbed the multi tester, 14.25 volts at idle, and 13.1 with the car off!!
My only idea is that the negitive terminal is nasty and the tester couldn't make a good connection, ether was I thought it was funny, car always starts and charges,
