careful with the LED's, they sure seem bright up close, but alot of them lack reflectors (those strips) and do not throw the light far enuf for "at speed" night riding.
a bright bulb is just that..a bright bulb, the reflector is what throws the beam out where you need it.
IMO...it's pretty hard to beat the flood/spot combo of the trail tech lights........

you'll notice that trail tech now offers both halogen (what i have) and LED lights, the LED's are not the bulb type, they are the chip type, and use a reflector to project the beam.
either are pricey, but what price do you put on your life at 60+ mph thru the dark desert ???
you'll need to swap in this rick stator 75 watt coil to run the halogen trail techs, or anything else over 55 watts - 75 watts............

for the ultimate in night lighting, do a dc conversion and battery from trail tech and run HID's = $$$
