light removal question

Hey guys, i have an 03 blaster, and im doing the DIY on the custom vented hood. i have it almost completed, and imgoing to take out my light.

now my question is, do i just not put the light bulb/lense back in?

Can i leave the black housing in, but with out the light lense/bulb. or do i have to take it all out for it to fit? Im afraid if i have to take it all out, that all of the wires behind there will get to wet? or is that ok?

wrap them in electrical tape

it depends how you want it. you can leave the black housing in there if you want, i like it with that better, or you can remove the entire thing, and then just disconnect your wires.
