LED's with built in Rectifier

Crusing thru Ebay and found these. Anyone's thoughts??

Built in regulator. No mention of a rectifier. Kinda spendy for a light with no housing. Buy 1 and give us a report. LOL.

I wanted to hear other's opinions before I buy one. I might just go the long route and do a floated ground and small battery with rectifier
