Looks like im leaking a little from where reed valve assembly and case is. not leaking no where else i can see any ideas?

Yeah through pressure testing of my motor, it has cronic leaks in that area. The problem is only 4 bolts on the reed valve. Tighten one too much and it leaks.
I like to use a spray gasket sealer on all my intake/reed gaskets. use it and don't overtighten the bolts and your all good.

Mine does the same thing... I'm not that worried about it right now as it about to get tore down and when I put on my 240 kit and 35mm carb I'll be getting a new intake boot and I'll use gasket sealer on it and go easy on the bolts... It might not be a bad idea to use a little thread lock on the bolts since they are not going to be torqued down to keep them from vibrating loose.

no dont use thread lock on the bolts. tighten them snug, and its fine. i noticed(i have taken the boot off 4 times) if you do it really tight, its really hard to get off, but just snug, they seem to lock themself. dont ask how, but when i go to take em off, i turn them loose and theres like a snap then their free. somehow they lock tight without locktight :D
