Leaking oil from rear shifter

Hello. This is my first post here. I have a 2000 blaster and it is leaking trans fluid where the shifter goes into the crank case. How big of a job is it to replace this seal? Any tips for doing this? Thanks

not hard at all. pry out the old one and slip in a new one. you can tap the new one into place with a socket and bam you're good.
