My blaster ran perfectly fine before doing this. I purchased a set of Boyesen Power Reeds, and a ModQuad Reed spacer. After installing i go on the test ride. Could not get my quad to his powerband unless i was in 1st or 2nd gear wide open it would struggle but eventually would kick in. I was so lost like what the hell happened. I hopped off it, blaster is now struggling to idle. I notice my gas is draining out of the overflow line. I limp it back home (now pissed off because i never even touched the carb other than to remove it) i parked it and walked away. Came back next day after cooling off and took float cover off and the float did not seem to be sticking, it was very moveable. So put it back together after a quick spray of carb clean over everything. Put the carb back on and flipped petcock from off to on and boom started draining again. WHAT IS WRONG

Remove the carb, take the bowl off, remove float, inspect needle/seat. It is either dirty, damaged, or hanging up.
