The resson i leak test is cuz when i start it and the blaster is cold it starts on hi revs and i have to pull the choke to get her down. And afther that I start to ride it afther it warns for a lil and it boggs a little but afther is hot it runs like a champ what could it be

?
i dont know what else you have tried can you explain?

list mods done to it.
air screw at 1.5 turns out from fully seated
idle is under the seat on stock carb.
dirty pilot jet,dirty carb
if you have it in that storage place in your profile pic then it could be your pilot jet, soak it in carb cleaner:)

And actualy the pic from profile is from where i work its a Packing house i ride the blaster every day at least 10 min

did you spray the engine down with soapy water to pinpoint the source of the leak (if any)
if it held 5 lbs for 20 minutes....I'd run it.

I say the source of your problem is elsewhere, like dirty carb, clogged pilot jet,
bad float level, poor fuel flow to carb, airscrew adjustment, ect.

most of those are pinned threads at the top of the carb section:

I have a 280 in my built engine, aggressive trail port, modded head, lrd pipe an trenga silencer, lightened flywheel, vforce 3 reeds, no lid an no oil injection, it runs perfect, touch rich. My buddy has a full flotek built ported stroker engine, an its on a 300, fmf pipe no lid, no injection, also just a tad rich. At 1k sea level

having allllll of the parts in your carb cant hurt either,do you got the ring? plastic piece on main jet #12

ok:) hold it up to a light above your head you should be able to see through it :)
It is wise to use your stock reed stoppers on those dual stage reeds not the bar it comes with at all:) but its up to you :)
