lapping my flywheel

what grit should i use to lap my flywheel? i looked on ebay and seen some 120 grit course, 280 grit fine and more like 600 grit. what will work best for lapping my flywheel to the crank?

Valve lapping compound, can find at local auto parts store. I think I got Permatex brand

yes i seen the exact brand. dude made it sound like i should use a fine grit water base lapping compound.

Thats what I used. Worked perfectly.

lol alright man take ur word for it. i can get that at the partstore. is it easy clean up?

Yeah, its pretty easy to clean up. Just be sure you get all of it out.
