hey was up guys i just got done replacing crankseals and rebuild and when i put my crankcase on the kickstarter wont turn but when i take it off it does and the motor is not locked up... what could it be

the white circle thing wasn't lined up to insert in the spring i figured it out and now its ready thnkx to you all

Can you please elaborate on this , i am having the exact same problem and me hitting search on google and blaster forums doesnt seem to be helping. my engine spins fine, when i insert the kickstart assembly i cannot get it to kick over. And i do have it in correctly , i have been researching this thing all day long . i just built this blaster from pieces back to a quad. i started it today freshly rebuilt had it running for twenty min breaking it in. i turned the quad off , went to kickstart it three times kinda hard probably too hard in hindsight . and the kick lever got stuck . once it got stuck i removed the clutch cover and stator cover as well everything appears to be working perfectly , but the second i insert the kickstart gear it stops working , ughh im frustrated , its probably simple, but i have been so pissed off about it i logically . cannot think of a solution .
