The kickstarter for my yamaha blaster is stuck. Or something is wrong because it won't go all the way back. Any suggestions? Also when i ride it for about 15-20 mins it Shuts off suddenly?

As to the kick start the spring that returns it may have slipped out of its location.
Shutting off suddenly could be a majority of things , please describe exactly how it happens?
