maybe the kicker really dont work?
that would explain 0 psi lol.
id love to hear this thing being kicked over on a video

The kicker seems to move everything fine and the piston that was sent to me was smaller then the one that was in there how would i know if the kicker is bad. And when the old piston was in there. it would blow more air out the spark plug hole then the new one

i would have a professional look at it.or cut your loses.
ask someone to help that can actually see your blaster.

I am not exactly sure why you ignored all the advice you have been given. when you were advised to have your cylinder measured by a professional you went out and bought a piston without knowing what size you even needed. you can dip it in gold if you want to but until you actually listen to all the guys on here that know what they are talking about it won't help a bit.

Most places should measure and check fr out of round and taper for nothing or close to it. Bore size will vary depending on how many bores it has had. Piston clearances are measured in thousandths of an inch and must be correct. I would recommend not buying a cheap ebay cylinder, a few people have had decent experiences with them, but it seems most have had some sort of issues

OK so the took the cylinder to the shop to day and they said it needed to be bored to 68mm.. Is that the last bore for it? Or should I just buy a new cylinder
