Kickstart Messed.

Anyways, Earlier today I took apart my clutch case because the gasket was shot, When I took off the case, My kickstart came out and I cant figure out what way the spring goes back in.. Can anyone post some pictures or something?

the spring goe's into a little whole on the case you cant misss it.. its like to the right of the kickstarter center

Alright, I put it in there, But When I put the casing back on and give it a kick, The kickstart goes half way down then stops, It like seizes... Is there anything else that should be in other places?

Well, If there is no tranny oil in it, will it still kick down?

make sure the little ring thats under the spring is in the right place, it also sits in the notch just under the hole for the spring

Also, Where should the Aluminum Dog be positioned?

#1 is where the little u shaped ring sits
#2 is where the gear stop sits
#3 is where the spring end sits

Well it would be in the front if u are looking at it my way cause I didn't unbolt the kickstart I pulled it off with the clutch cover it kinda looks like it's holding the gear in place like a c-clip or something
