kicker peices

well i have the part you phisically put your foot on and the peice that bolt to the shaft. i also bought a ball and spring from awk... however im still missing something. if you have any idea what im talking about can you explain how this goes together and maybe even sell me the peice or peices i need. thanks!

the kicker only has a few pieces to it, most of which you've listed besides the screw that holds the 2 main pieces together and the nut that holds it to the shaft ????
