kick starter

Does anyone have a trick to keep the kick starter from swinging out to the start postion, while riding.

mine dos the same thing...i think there is suppose to be a ball and spring in the kicker to hold it

i dont have a spring in mine tho that would explain why it flings out....hmmm...can you get one at a hardware store freek?

The spring in there is pretty stiff and small. You might be able to get one at the hardware store but i don't think it will be strong enough. Worth a shot though.

Contact awk08 on here, he sells what you need for like $8 I think. The only other way that I know of is to replace the whole kicker.

same thing happens to me, i just put a piece of duct tape over it and the frame lol
