kick start

I am having trouble with the kick start. It is loosing compression or something. It wont spring back up. You have to move it back up with your foot and kick again

you probobly need a new return spring. i usually buy mine from cheapcycleparts.com

Is that easy to replace

yes you just remove the clutchcover and pull the kicker peice out and put the new spring on it. need to drain oil and get a new cover gasket as well.

Well mine is switched over to mixed gas

you still have oil in the transmission... so you should drain it

OK. So what kind of oil do u put back in it

this is a preference thing. lots of people use different things. as long is it doesnt have friction modifiers you should be good. i like to use cheap 10w30 oil or atf type f
