So I was riding my blaster yesterday and noticed that if you turn the key off, my blaster will still run.... now this JUST happened cuz everytime i used to shut it off i would use the key but now it doesnt work. I'm going to take a look at it later but its supposed to rain for like a week up in jersey. but in the meantime, what do u guys think is wrong with it?

Contacts worn in the key switch? or maybe a wire got worn through and is making contact where it shouldn't. Not an expert, just my ideas
I've had to hotwire quads before because of broken or lost keys and it's remarkable simple so a crossed wire is a very distinct possibility.
Pull your plastics and trace your key switch wires and see if any are worn/burned. If that isn't it, pull your key switch and test it for continuity with a multimeter.

you know what, im just going to cut both wires out of the key switch and connect them so i never need a key. Im not worried about someone steeling it, ive got a highly secured shed and i never leave my blaster outside without it being chained up or anything

Don't do that cause it will not start.Just simply disconnect them and you are good to go.No need to splice them together.
