keihin pwk carb jetting

i got this carb when i got my kx250 and i need a new carb for my bayou 300 and this carb will fit but i dont know where to start jetting the bayou is pretty stock except for a sprectra ait filter any ideas

and the bayou doesent have a muffler

I may be wrong but a PWK carb is for a 2 stroke. Will it work on a 4 poke?
