Anybody have trouble with gas coming out the overflow? I have a pwk 36mm that runs gas out the overflow. Adjusted the float level and still have the problem. I looked at the float seat and it looks like about a 1/8th inch opening. Sounds big to me. Am i missing a part or something. Help.

pics would help us understand, but there is a "float needle" that connects to the float, it's rubber tip must be unmolested, (no rips, tears or other signs of wear)
to properly block off the seat when the floats close

and are the floats adjusted to spec for that carb ????

Like I said in the PM, pictures!

The float needle SHOULD have a rubber tip on it like this:

Of course, this is looking from the "top" of the float and needle (the way it actually sits when the carburetor is mounted but the picture doesn't show the rest of the carburetor body) and in order to view it like this, you'll need to remove the float pin and take the float and float needle out. The needle should be down inside the fuel inlet hole.
