Yes but now that I think about it the washer is like a crush washer one side is higher then when the main jet gets tightened it flattens out.

no, the brass washer under the main jet is not a crush washer and should be even thickness the whole way around.
the washer is only to hold the needle jet down into position, as it removes up and out.
it has nothing to do with the main jet sealing or crushing it to seal.

Correct but I was just mentioning that it's the not same washer as the oem solid one. Can that cause problems ?

Good gas flow to carb? Tank vent clogged? Sounds like not getting enough gas at WOT. Does it do it through the entire range of throttle? In any specific gear?

sure can, it will hold the main jet at a different elevation in the fuel, thats why the float level is so critical,
the carb is designed for a certain fuel level in the bowl, and the jets sitting in that fuel at a certain level.
and also why having the brass washer is also so important, without it the main jet sits too high in the fuel level.

I wouldn't even run it again until you get yourself a new/used OEM brass washer.

Update, got the washer still got the 320 main in and it idles good had good throttle response. Its sputterey In Low gears but gets better in the higher gears and pulls hard then almost before max rpm it will have a little sputter but overall its a clean rev... but my clutch was acting up today got it all fixed and then I noticed my clutch side crank seal Is in backwards. I don't have white smoke or a bad smell but maybe that's the culprit ??
