It was a tiny bit sputtery at full throttle but was pretty good overall not sure what to do abput that. And it was 40-45 degrees todayLooks good! You could even go a tad leaner.

Yes but now that I think about it the washer is like a crush washer one side is higher then when the main jet gets tightened it flattens out.Is the brass washer under the main jet ?
This is the washer that's was in my carb but silver.Ok good...so is it running better now or still the same as before ? That plug chop looked good

Correct but I was just mentioning that it's the not same washer as the oem solid one. Can that cause problems ?no, the brass washer under the main jet is not a crush washer and should be even thickness the whole way around.
the washer is only to hold the needle jet down into position, as it removes up and out.
it has nothing to do with the main jet sealing or crushing it to seal.
