Alright, for a stock Blas-tee carb the main is a #230 right?

I have a FMF Fatty, PowerCore 2 silencer, Boyesen Power reeds, Vito's reed spacer, and a K&N high flow filer with my lid box drilled. How many sizes up on main would you suggest going to provide a proper mixture and get clean on this setup?

Bike was fine, came piped from previous owner, I have been modding suspension, etc and have added the above mods outside the pipe/combo, believe the previous owner did NOT rejet when pipe combo was added. Now that I have the reeds in and spacer, air filter, etc, just is not getting on the pipe right, bogging, etc. As I turn the air screw ALL the way out it starts to clean up, not right. I am going to rejet & my local shop does not carry jets, they order out, so I will order myself but wanna try to get it right first round. Have not jetted a blaster stock carb yet, and was wondering if anyone has a magic # that should dial me in somewhat first round to avoid multiple orders. Pilot can stay stock, right, just swap the main?

thx for any feedback, looking for someone's input that knows this bike/carb setup that feels they have a good recommendation for me re: the jets I need for this setup.

Thx Guyz, appreciate any feedback. ;)

there is no way for us to determine what your jetting should be...must take into consideration elevation and stuff like that...there are a couple people on here who have a similar set-up as you and they would be running maybe a 270-290...if you take your air box lid off you might be able to get away with a 300, but that might be a little big...just play with it a little bit...

Yeah understand jetting science, elevation, etc, for sure. You agree stock is #230 right?

So somewhere around a #290 should set me in the general area to fine tune?

with jetting your not gonna get it dead on the first time so get multiple jets like from 250-300. You can start at 290, do a plug chop and go from there
