I have an Arctic cat Jag 440 engine I'm putting in my blaster. Mounting it will be the easy part, but I need help making a jackshaft that runs the belt and converts it to a 520 sprocket. The original belt drive clutch is on the engine I also have the secondary clutch I just have no idea how I'd put it on the frame. Please help me!

Having built a snomo drag motorcycle I can give great advice !!

DON'T DO IT!!

The jackshaft must be the exact correct distance from crankshaft. Crankshaft, jackshaft and axle must be perfectly parralell. If you don't use the chain case from the sled your rear sprocket will be as large as your wheel.
