It's always the little things that get to me. Like missing screws or bolts.
Having just purchased my first quad ever, I started going over it to see what all I have to repair or replace to make it a reliable ride, and I've noticed a trend the previous owner had. Maybe you can guess his motto...
Here's some pics.
Ok, I'm going to have to guess that his theory is, "Why use 2 screws when 1 holds just fine"
It sucks just getting into quads and having to shop around for stupid crap like nuts and bolts. Grrr.
So far, I know I need:
2 screws for the hood and Yamaha plate up front,
2 rear caliper bolts, front brake cable adjusters from the lever,
2 screws to hold the OEM headlight to the housing,
2 washers for the headlight
1 connector for the headlight socket, or a whole new headlight socket would be ideal
1 headlight bulb
I'm sure there's a few more things I haven't noticed yet, but dang if that little crap don't riled up. lol
So if anyone knows where to get ahold of a bunch of misc screws and bolts and stuff on the cheap, let me know.
