has any1 built a racing lawn mower i pick up a white with a 15 hp briggs and straton i made a straight pipe to a homemade cherry bomb thing and govener is gone i changed 1 of the pulleys the 1 on the crank i went like an 1inch up but should i change the pulley on the rear end if so should i go smaller my goal is about 35-40 mph

Are you actually going to race it in a league or building it just for fun? If its just for fun, put a bike motor on it 200cc + it should easily do 40mph. I have seen a bunch of guys converting it from steering wheel to handlebars.

ya im gona race it but here is my set up a b&s 15 hp witha nice exuast, pulley swap lowerd and gona put some slicks on itp rims it flys now like 40 -45 but i still got get rid of the govener
