Guys, I'm running out of oil in the garage and i came across some Pennzoil Premium Outboard and Multi-Purpose 2-Cycle Oil. It is TC-W3 oil. Says its for Outboards, Snowmobiles, Chain Saws, Lawnmowers, Motorcycles, and String Trimmers. Is this oil safe?

*Approved where NMMA (formerly BIA) TC-W, TC-WII, or TC-W3 performnace oil is recommended .

*Good for water-cooled and air-cooled two-cycle engines.

*High Flash point (over 200*F) for safe storage.

*Recommended for pre-mix and injector systems.

*Always follow the dilution ratio and oil performance level recommended in the owners manual.

I don't know what any of that stuff means in terms of putting the oil into my blaster.

it will work....but i would run a better oil like klotz

That's the thing, I'm not available to any oil like that, the guy i usually buy my Bel-Ray oil from is opened Tuesday and Wednesday, and I might not make it to him in time for Christmas. I won't be running this stuff long, I only have 8-10 oz and I will run it at 32:1 with my 320 jet and my Toomey Pipe Kit.

it should work i use quicksilver outboard oil at all times and its still running strong

and i do believe outboard oil burns cleaner doesn't it?

Yeah, the coast guard made all the oil companies that produced or made outboard or marine oil make there oil burn cleaner because the exhaust is pointed or in toward the water which "pollutes" the water they say. I know this because our family owns quite a bit of jet skis and they are mostly 2 stroke. fun fun....lol
