is the jet the issue??

ok i have a stock blaster with a uni filter
with everything on it it can go threw 100% of the usable rpm range which is normal duh haha..
but when i took out my spark arrestor and took off my airfilter lid i pretty much lost 1/4 of my rpm range like the motor pleatued early or something its hard to explain.
well anyways when i put the stuff back on it went back to normal and i could shift at the optimum rpm again..

anyways i think it could be cause by the jet being to small for the air flow what you guys think??
 
is there any jet kit that you guys recommend???
and where is the main jet located on the blaster carb, pics would be extremely helpful thanks.
