Just got this quad don't know to much history on it but when I go to drive it and let off the clutch it takes off real slow with no power and stalls

Are you used to riding 2 strokes, they need a bit of throttle to get the engine pulling well.

Have you tested for air leaks, low power can be a symptom with power loss at take off?

Are you getting the engine to operating temperature before you attempt to ride?

Are you allowing the clutch to slip and then take up, or are you just letting it out quickly.

Does the oil in the gearbox seem thick and sticky.

No I know how to ride perfectly I have had other people try it too... were do I check for leaks? And is the clutch supposed to turn even when not engaged?

If the clutch is not engaged it should spin.

If the clutch is slipping it may spin when engaged, do you know what oil is in the tranny.

Why do you think it stalls when the clutch is engaged, from a lack of power or a heavy load.

A link to leak testing. An air leak could be causing a major loss of power and piston destruction!

I tested for leaks their are none I think their is power but it's not making it's way to the wheels

Time for some investigation, are there any restrictions in the exhaust, inlet, is the air cleaner clean?

Is the fuel fresh?

Does the carby flood?

What is the compression reading?

Is the brake on?

Is the chain too tight?

Will it roll easily when you push it out of gear?

Is the throttle cable sticking?

Is there a chock under a wheel?

The list is endless.
