Info on case splitting

I need to remove my top end and split the cases on my blaster, to remove the transmission input shaft. Once I get to that point I need to remove and replace the ball and pushrods for the clutch. I have a case splitter that I borrowed from school. But my question is do I NEED a flywheel puller or can that be substituted by anything that does not need to be custom fabbed. Any advise or other thing needed is greatly appreciated

nah dude u are gonna need a flywheel puller, dont even try to bother rigging something up..it will take 2 seconds with a puller
