ok in the thread for the oil injection blockoff kit where you posted what to do step by step, well step six has got me thinkin/worried,......
6. Using the included rubber cover, remove the oil line from the carb and cover up the brass nipple with this cover,

i just ordered my oil injection block off kit from ronnies, and it did NOT come with that rubber cover? any ideas? and this is an open thread to anyone that has an thoughts or answers, i just wanted you to see this where you posted that and i thought you might have an answer where clear that youve done this lol.

if your talkin about blockin off the brass thingy where the oil line connected to the carb, i just cut the line about a 1/2 from the carb, applied a little rtx to a screw that fit tight, and screwed it in, but any auto store will have the proper little nipple lookin thing that will do it correctly
but this definately must be done, leakproof
