Idle Problem

Blaster been running great so me and my friend went riding in the rain after that it won't idle it will idle sounds like its starving for gas then start to rev then it will go low and stall it either high or real low i checked for leaks reassembled exhaust including flange reseated reeds, read cage boots on carb and cleaned carb check plug need a new one getting tomorrow and i changed oil its getting a little more air since i ported some holes in the air box i also put a new shock on qhich is rubbing box but pretty sure that not affecting it did all that and tested throttle was great so much power compression is great too idk if just me being safe jet is 310 and its a toomey pipe numara piston 1 mil over ported too any help would be great

more than likely that new plug is going to do wonders,
no sense guessing at things untill you change the plug.
but that should be leak down tested and plug chopped, not just guess it's air tight and jetted correctly.

its jetted fr the toomey pipe it was a package and came with a 310 i just had a rebuild within past 2 months and mechinic said it was fine for conditions in CT could an oil leak cause idle problems but deff gettin a plug

Listen to Awk.

Leak down test.

Make sure the float level is at the correct setting, adjust the idle.

Plug chop.
