Idle problem

Sometimes when I come up to a stop the engine will rev up by itself. It rev's so high that I will just shut it off. I have removed all the gas once to make sure I had the mixture correct (32:1). It still does it. I have run it to make sure it is warmed up. The only Mod's is a different exhaust.
This is my first 4-Wheeler and I am not sure what to do.

sounds like tors i think lol that happened to mine and i removed tors and it dint do it i might b wrong tho SO DONT SCREAM AT ME IF I AM im just tryin to help

its not the tors it sounds like a lean condition maybe an airleak..what jet you running?

I'm not sure what Jet it has. I've had it for a few months and it just started doing this.
It's a stock 98 Blaster. It's got a aftermarket exhaust and I think thats it.
I'm going to show how much I don't know!! What is "tors"?
