I have a 2005 blaster i put toomey pipes on a year ago.....i just started to ride again i changed the main jet and the needle postion........the manuel for the toomey pipes said to turn the pilot air screw to 3/4 from full in. I did all this....but when i took it out to test it it was bogging out at half throttle to full throttle in all gears i dont know what the problem is.......could it be bad gas i had the same gas in it for awhile like a year in a half i havent rode in awahile ? If some 1 can help me it would be great.

has this happen to anybody were it starts fine idles fine but when i hit the gas and go it just doesent give me full power it bogs .......i dont know what the problem could be........

No, air screw should be set 1 1/2 turns out. Then to tune it you need to move the change the jets out probably going up till you get the perfect mixture of air and fuel. Also, move the needle clip back to the stock location, 3rd space down from the fatty end of the needle. That is how you need to tune it. Just putting and exhaust on is not going to require you to jet up and move the clip.

Also if you are burning gas that sat in your bike for a year your carb is probably pretty gummed up. Give that and your air filter a good clean with fresh gas and see how it runs.

try new gas first if that doesnt help then take your pilot air screw and turn it all the way in and then back it out 3 1/2 turns out start the bike and hit the throttle if it boggs out alittle turn the screw in some more do this till you get to the point where the throttle response is smooth (do all this in neutral). take the bike out and ride it if it still boggs pull your plug if its black and wet its rich if its dry and almost white its lean. if its rich or lean start by moving you slide needle to a different place if you try all the places on the needle and its still not better you need a different main jet. as a note any adjustments you make to the needle or main jet you may also have to adjust your pilot air screw.
