I finally got my blaster running the other day, i took it apart n cleaned the reeds and carburator and re jetted it and after reading a few things on this forum, decided to leave my airbox cover off and it worked great! I was so excited (havin not been able to ride or work on it for the last year due to issues with my now x gf) that i forgot that the screw that held the kick start lever on was stripped. Well i went racin down my street and then said f*ck it and went down a few more streets and thru a field and wen i came home to see if my step dad wanted to take it for a spin, i realized i didnt hav it. Does anyone know what engines besides a blaster, if any will fit my bike? Its a '98 200cc

haha, Mine fell of riding the other day, luckly I had just been riding by the house, Needless to say after 2 hours of walking throught the snow I found all the bits I needed to get it back together, Even found the nut, this time I made sure to put some loc-tite on it.

i wasnt tryin to spend more than $20. a place by me said $60 but that was for the gears and all, all i need is the lever so i started makin 1 out of 1/2 in steel pipe. i think itll do, but id just like to hav the rite 1. Im glad to kno im not the only 1 this happened to. I felt like such a retard since this is like the 5th time i lost it! lol

All I need is the nut for mine. It is part number 90179-12659-00.

Does anyone know what size this is so I can zip down to the hardware store and pick one up at lunch?
