be carefull with stators for these they dont like alot of aftermarket ones

This is how I was able to use my stock airbox

that rtv on the base of the cylinder is a BAD IDEA!
just letting you know........... just simply use a STOCK base gasket.
and check for air leaks afterwards
search on here how many engines have blown up because of rtv on cylinder and airleaks

I found them on eBay too HO stator for blaster ...around $150 for everything

Battery is most expensive part if full conversion.
IIRC, HO is 70 watts , couple short what I need for 4x 18 each light.
Lighting coil is separate of source coil for CDI

My light work pretty good ...wired right into the old light wiring no mods ...they work perfect ...no issues so far ..I can still use the light switch also just like factory.

the stock stator ''lighting coil''
is 55 watts max
and if you start blowing headlight bulbs it is the voltage regulator under the front nose of quadthey break all the time
and i believe they make them up to 75watts lighting ''coils''
the stock voltage regulator is flawed and 60 bucks....
this one is 20 bucks with less flaws then OEM i bought it works great
