GET IT!!!! get rid of that fmf. toomey has a way bigger power increase. havent ridden a fmf blaster but from many and i mean many dyno testing toomey has came out higher is hp. look on there website. they have dyno testings

the fmf pipe and toomey pipe make close to the same hp, with toomey being 1-2 higher. That 1-2 higher wont do you much good. What you need to take into account is where you want your power at, low-fmf, high-toomey. Both great pipes in their application. Now there are some other pipe options that will net the same horsepower(if not a little more) and allow room for higher power mods in the future. F-7 makes a great pipe that pulls from down low all the way to the top and is an all around better pipe for modded blaster. Will work wonders on a stock or almost stock application but really shines when you have things like bigger carb, head mod, or porting. LRD and Dynoport are also very good pipes. I am personally going with the dynoport. Makes great power through the whole rpm range, but really comes alive on top(like a 2 stroke should).

i have rode for many years and always heard fmf and toomey were the best i only bought the blaster for 400 cause i got it blown up and it has a fmf gold full pip and silencer. but i was on youtube and heard a blaster with the toomey b1 and seen how much power it had and was like dang. i havent got to ride it yet cause its not put back together the top end is apart but if i like the power and how it rips and stuff i am prolly going to keep the fmf i am haveing it bored .060 over and ported. so we will see how it goes.

I wold not bore it .60 over unless it is needed to clean up the cylinder walls. Theporting is where the power is. Once ported it should double the power you have and can easily reach high 20's abd low, low 30's with the right pipe, porting, head mod, and bigger carb. All depends on what you want. If you keep the fmf pipe and stock carb but get it ported, I recommend at the least, removing the airbox lid and getting a 30mm carb. With that setup, you would be making an ungodly amount of low end power. For long, high speed rides, you main be happier with some sprocket changes to. Just putting a 14 tooth on the front will net you about 3mph more in top speed. It will slightly decrease torque, but with the porting, pipe, and(possibly) bigger carb, you wont miss that little bit. If more than 55-58 mph is required, you can go down in the back sprocket to say a 38 tooth and gain another 2-3 mph.

one it blew up after i got it the jug was cracked under the sleeve and i just bought a kit off ebay that came with every thing that was bored .60over for 260 dollers. and its beeing ported to so i cant complain.

and i am geting all new sprockets around and new chain and i already have the air box removed it didnt come with one the dude lost it. we will see coming wendsay on how good it runs and stuff but not going to push it with the new top end just put in in after its broke in i will time it on a speed thing or w.e. to see how fast it goes and maybe put a vidoe up on youtube.
