Haven't rode my blasty in a while so I took it for a cruise around my neighborhood a few times and it was fun. An hour later I'm just on the side of the road standing on a snow bank and I see 2 cops coming up my road and I'm thinking oh f*ck... Had no time to get away they come up to me and say "i got reports of people riding on the roads" I was with some friends they got away. They took my name and date of birth. And told me to stay off the road thank god they didn't take my bike but still. I hate the pigs :(

If it was reported, they have to do there job. Hate them all you want but I guarantee you, the last thing they want to hear is a call go out reporting a car vs ATV accident.

Well judging from your avatar I'm sure people call the cops. ATV's are for off road. I am not a fan on cops either, but they have to respond to calls.

im scared to even ride mine near my house or in back of my house were i do all my riding because 1 neighbor i have has been doing everything he can to stop for 2 years now he called the epa on me and there threatening me with fines and taking my quad so im pretty much assed out i need to travel to ride now which for me is not so convenient at alllllllllllll and yes dont ride on pavement :)

they do have a job to do ur blessed you didn't get a fine or impound.Im blessed here cause if im going straight to a riding spot and am respectful than they don't bother me.

I've seen posts like this many times. If you have a loud exhaust and gunning the hell out it down the road, your just asking for someone to call the cops.

Mine is quiet and I was in the trails almost the whole time I took it around the block once and my friends were blazing up and down the road but I'm the one who took the blame

Sorry but anyone who rides on the road deserves the to be dealt with. It is not legal to ride anywhere in mass. However I have no issues staying away from law enforcement. Ride off road, stay off private property and or marked property and be respectful. It goes a long way. If your friends are doing it you are still considered one of them. I would think about slapping some sense into your firends and tell them or anyone involved to have some respect for others. Do you or your friends drive a vehicle on the road with no license? Not registered or insured? Then do not do it with atv's. Pretty simple. Perfect case of treat others how you want to be treated.

Play by the rules, obey the law, have consideration for others and the Cops will never bother you.

You go looking for trouble, then be prepared for what you get and stop whining about it, no one cares!

Do I like cops? no, do I respect them? Yes, especially city cops. People don't understand what they go through (reason why my dad left there). If a cop gets called out they have to respond so they have to take your name. You are very lucky you have your blaster in the garage

i have a friend who is a state police officer and he races motocross. i will bet if he ever got called due to someone riding the roads, he maybe easy at first. back talk to him or he gets another call, all bets off.
