so apparantly the float setting on my carb magically jacked itself and started leaking fuel into the engine:(

so, i was wondering if any of you know how to free a hydrolocked engine?

Or should i just let it air out?

i was afraid to get on the kick b/c i didnt want to break something:p

id pull the exhaust head off. make sure the kill switch is off. and just kick if over a few times should throw most of that gas out. then let it air out for an hour. throw the exhaust on and see if itll start

all u got to do is pop off the exhaust header, kill switch (keY off) if u got one, and kick it over let it air and and put her back together and see if it runs, make sure u got some premixed good gas in there.

the kicker aint movin at all. like the motor is siezed and its not. im sure of that. ill give that suggestion a try and let you guys no how it works out

^^^ hydrolocking is when the engine floods so badly it literally locks it up like the engine is seized only way to fix it is to get that fluid out of there. thats y you need to check your carb often and always shut the gas off to store it

Remove the spark plug. You're on the compression phase of the stroke with the gasoline trapped in the top. Usually the fuel will leak past the rings enough to allow you to push past TDC but not always. Take the spark plug out and push down very slowly. It will push the fuel out of the spark plug hole. Try to keep a rag around there because the gasoline will eat pretty much all the paint it touches but there isn't a much better way to get the fuel out of there.

ok i get it and the gas doesnt compress and it has no where to go with out draining it right?

yeah dude its g2g. thankyou to all those with useful input:)

however, im still havin issues with the stator wiring.

anyone have a pic on how its supposed to be connected?

This has happened to me on my Blaster.
I was dumb founded when the motor just seemed locked up.
I pulled the head off an Bam, full of gas.
