I ve got an 02 blasty and i had it running great a few weeks back but now Its got nothing above half throttle or so? Fmf and boyeson power reeds were a good combo with the 250 jet in the early spring 50-60 degree days. Now its 70s/80s and high humidity(chicago) So I put a 270 main jet in and nothin so I dropped the needle clip down a notch to 2nd one from top/point. Worse. It will rev decently in neutral but in gear only half throttle or it falls on its face in any gear as you go. Also it often sounds as if its starved for air with that low tone "whop" flat sound as you rev. Reeds are maybe 12 hours old-could it be them? Possibly a diffrent jetting? Please Help. THANX:-/

Hey, Thanks....Ill give it a shot ...but the guy at the parts store said go up in jets. How can I get more air Exactly. New plug looks kinda carmel color but wet. Maybe any of the other jet parts or the float. I appreciate your help as I am a bit unsure of myself with carbs and how to check them perfectly.Thank you very much
