Howdy!I am new to the Blaster Forum

hi everyone.I am New to the Blaster forum,you see I just bought a 1989 Blaster,engine rebuilt and bored 10 over last season,IRD Pipe,K and N filter,Banshee rear hubs,New Dunlop Tires in Great shape for $750 a couple weeks ago.I think I got a smoking deal,I am the third owner and the previous owners took great care of it obviously.I have been browsing the forums and have learned alot about blasters here.The forums have helped me fix a few things already.I am doing the first of many upgrades and swapping in a EX400 rear shock this weekend.The shock is off a 2004 EX400 and was just revalved.Any tips or tricks from you blaster wizards out there is greatly appreciated.

Just finished the EX400 rear shock install.The shock fits like a glove(the canister rides right against the airbox/sixpack holder and No air box trimming was required)and makes a huge difference.It raised the rear about one inch and rides way better than the old shock.Now to fine tune the shock,i gotta get some shock spanner wrenches to adjust the spring,and i am ready for the trail. Thanx
