How to post picture with photobucket

So i have been on here a while now, and havent seen anyone make a thread on how to post picture from photobucket... tinypic or w/e the other one i have seen though, so heres my try at it.

First, go to http://s1163.photobucket.com/


Next, create your free account! (I suggest same username/password as this website so you dont forget, or facebook w/e)


Third, activate account via your email. (I think it does that? i dont remember...)
And/Or log-in! (It may already have you logged in... Again, i dont remember)

Next, upload your pictures!


Select "Browse Files".


Choose the pics you want uploaded, then click "Open"


Wait for them ALL to be DONE uploading (or they wont work)


Click on "Library". (After they are ALL DONE uploading...)


Click on the picture you want to upload


Once its loaded and you know its the picture you want, choose the IMG code on the right, just click it and it auto-copies it for you


Finally! Paste the url you copied into your post! (Use Ctrl+V to paste, or right click then paste)

Thanks for checking it out. I covered every step with picture, so it should be really easy to follow.
The only problem i have is if some pictures dont upload, just let the others finish and try to upload failed ones again

Best way also works exactly the same for a mobile. Some of the termonolgy may differ. Such as instead of "browsing file" during the upload. It will say "select from gallery" or "select from Photos".

Either way works the same for the mobile that's how I upload my pics.

Its easier to just click "choose file" for the profile picture. Same with the avatar.


Avatar is the picture that shows up when you post every time.

yeah, for months now when needed, I'd head to one of your posts to just copy the link and paste it for others,
I had never opened the link, and always figured it was just a link to the old upload DIY.
the other day i accidentally opened it and saw it was step by step, with pics

And yeh about the rep, i tried giving it to the same person, apparently the forum thinks we need to love equally? lol
