how to make my blaster quieter

well right now i got a pro circuit pipe and silencer and its really loud and im moving and were im moving to my neighbors are lil bitches and they hate the noise so i wanna make it quieter im wondering if i put a stock pipe and silencer on there will that do the trick.

It will be better, but half the sound comes straight from the engine even with a silencer plug.
