how to fix a 240

i was looking around for a project quad and found a 88-02 blaster. i dont know the year but all i do no is it is 240 and has a CRACKED CASE that is all that is wroung. there is no price it just says Best Offer so what whould it cost to fix and what is a resonable offer

When my friend had his case fixed it cost him about 275 dollars. That was having the mechanic change the left side case and all the seals and bearings. If its just a crack you might be able to weld it or jb weld it though. With a cracked case its not worth a lot. Offer him like 400 and see what he says. I wouldn't pay more than 700 though.

just pick up a motor that needs a top end for cheap i bet we could find one on ebay
