well you could do it yourself or have someone do it..
id powdercoat it not paint it..

ive had a quote around here for $75 bucks if its preped

If you diy, you can do for 20 bux
powder coating is much better, but if you on a budget painting it the way 2 go. PC is about $200 for a frame
