I did my three heat cycles and decide to see how the piston was looking and this is what the exhaust port looked like does that look ok

Did it pass the leak test, it looks like is has been spewing oil for a while by the collection on the outside of the cases.
 
No I used something else but that houldnt be looking like that I only ran the engine for the three heat cycles and it looks like that
 
If it passed a leak test and you have got the jetting sorted, and have done 3 or more heat cycles, take it for a ride.

Some times on assembly one can use a little too much oil and it will pool in the crankcase.

On idle and light throttle openings, like you do when you heat cycle, the oil does not purge like when riding under load.

If that is not tranny oil and the pipe is leak free you may just find the oily problem will go away after a bit of a ride.

mine looked similiar when i broke mine in.... i agree with that dude^^ take it for a ride and then check it out the oil should burn off.
 
Give a quick run down of the motor mods.

You wont be giving it any more than 3/4 thtrottle so the main jet will not come in.
