I have a rebuilt motor so the Clymer`s manual calls for 700ml (0.74 U.S. quarts) after an engine overhaul. I am using 80W Gear Saver oil. On the bottle it says:

ML/CC

1000

750

500

250

How would I measure out to 700ml or (0.74 U.S. quarts)? Would I just guess where 700ml would be? thanks

They should, any local auto parts store should, you local atv/dirt bike part store should.
If you can't find one in the Auto/Part section of Sears try looking in the Cookware section for a mixing cup. Something they have measuring cup of there for cooking.

our just slowely add some till its at the right spot in the viewing window, or dump it in till the oil level is a little over the 250 mark. its not an exact science. don't worry about it too much.

btw. if you use a measuring cup, your probably gonna end up a little low. when you dump it out of the cup, a few mL's will stay in there, and will stick in the funnel you use..... but like i say, it's not an exact science so you don't need to worry about it...

I have a ratio rite somewhere but I dont need it because I use Super M oil and just dump it in 5 gallons of gas which is a 40:1 mixture which me & my brother run in our dirt bikes and in my Blaster.
