How do you get rid of TORS, not just unplug

I disconnected my TORS as the diy post said. But what parts do I need to get rid of it from sitting on top of my carb. I read the main cable feeds into the Tors box and that theres a second short cable that feeds into the carb. What carb top,gaskets, or cable do I need to order. Please mention part numbers and web site that carries everything I need.

Also quick question. Will the Vito's jet kit give me all the tuning options I need to jet my motor right. Stock motor with fmf pipe and silencer and soon to have vforce 3reed valve assy and vitos oil block off kit.

Forgot to ask, Does the vforce 3reed assy come with gaskets are do I have to order them?

yes thats every thing you need for the tors elim,

when i had a fmf on mine i was runing a 260 main in the summer,so you will need to run a bigger jet cause of the colder temps out side, and the reeds and the lid off, i am not sure if the vforce reeds come with a gasket or not i never bought them new lol ..

Pilot 32.5
Main needle says 5J22 on it
The clip is on the second groove from the top (Top being flat end of needle)

Now factory is 230 and 32.5.
I guess the guy just replaced the main jet. Shouldn't my pilot have gone up too? Is that why to me it seems theres no low end and then all of a sudden the power comes on strong in the middle of the power band?

So what should I get on this page?

What sizes do the vitos kit use? Looks like in the picture they give you two mains a pilot and a needle. Is this a basic kit that I should get and then fine tune it with the exact sizes I need from jets r us?

if you have the extra cash i would get the jet kit from there or just buy a couple main jets, it should have takin you to the jets for the blaster carb,its hard to say about the needle i never messed with it lol .. and for the pilot jet some times you can get away with messing with the airscrew any thing more then 2turns out or any more then a 1/2 turns in you need to up or go down a pilot jet .. whats you plug looking like?..
 
I put a new plug in, but only flew down my street and back. Not snowing here yet so I can't be on the road. From the short ride the plug was brownish goldish. From what your telling me about the airscrew, sounds like I need a different one. I can screw it out alot and the motor doesn't seem to respond to the adjustment. BTW my airfilter lid is on, since I wasn't sure if the motor was running on lean side. I figured lid on would run it alittle richer to be on the safe side till I adj the carb.

I dont mind spending alittle money to make sure the motor will last till I'm ready to send the motor out for work.

okk, how did the old 1 look like white or was it gold ish like the 1 in there now?..some times the air screw get crap on the end try cleaning it off make sure you dont loose the spring, i think if you are tyring to mess with it when the quad is runnig with the choke on it wont work,get the quad warmed up and then try messing with the airscrew, the stock setting for that is 1 1/2 turns out ..yea i would keep the lid on for now till you get your jets in and get it jetted for it off .. is the plug starts to turn white ish grey i wouldnt run it cause she is running lean,
 
Thanks for the info. Old one was blackish brown. I know about the spark plug looking white are melted if running lean, which I have never seen yet.

Does anyone know what sizes the vitos kit come with? Or if the vforce comes with the gasket? Or any ball park suggestions on what size main and pilot i need?

I was reading the description for the Vitos jet kit, says......
THIS IS A FULL RANGE WARM WEATHER JET KIT FOR STOCK CARB FROM OPEN BOX 200 TO THE 240 BIG BORES

If it can supply enough fuel for a 240, shouldn't there be enough for my motor? Or is one of those main jets for the 240 and the other for stock size motors? I thought you adj for winter temps by moving the clip on the needle.
