How do i know if my these things

If my piston is bad?
If my rings are bad?
If my sleeve is bad?
If my head is bad?

I took the top peice of the head off i can take pictures if needed,

But i was wanting to put a weisco piston and rings in it..

stock size...if my sleeve isnt damaged

"how do I know if my these things", is it me or do people just think we understand jibberish, what does that say? it doesn't make a bit of sense
