thanks js....thats what i was looking for.....so its definitly better then a blaster engine......because i found a 92 blaster, and a 89 yz250.....maybe an engine swap coming up

Seriously? The top is HP and the bottom is torque

I'm pretty sure the late models from the 80's made in the higher 30's I don't think they made the mid 40's untill the mid 90's. I'm probobly wrong though.....

Well the yz250 engine hasnt changed since 97 and it makes about 43 HP. And obviously the 94 made 40. Since 89 was a earlier generation i would assume that it made about 35-37 hp. so you are probly right

I could not find that year bike in my hard drive. I would say 42hp

between 30-40 hp id expect around 35 odds
