sure will only thing is if you have a aftermarket bumper like a ac bumber you will need to trim some of the hood off to get it to fit
no! i put a 06 hood on my 89 and you will have to make a bracket or bend the lower tab up that mounts the pre 03. here i found this with the search http://www.blasterforum.com/do-yourself-20/2003-2006-hood-1988-2002-blaster-13144/
your crazy lol i have a 03 hood on my 89 blaster right now the top bolts match up and i zip tied the bottom after i cut a u shape out to fit around my bumper(zip ties are your friend i once had to zip tie my carb lid on to keep my blasty from going wot down hills worked like a charm.)
03-06 are the same hoods to fyi lol
yea the top bolts up perfect but if you want the light you can bend the lower tab up to match up with were the headlight tab is
lol i know just busting your sack haha with my hood i plastic welded it to the hood its self but now i ran 2 wally world fogs on a custom bracket and then went to radio shack and picked up 2 50 watt caps theses suckers are bright i even mounted them in the stock opening looks a little like a 400ex now and i blind ppl with them
also alot cheaper then a new stator cost me ten bucks for two and 5 seconds to solder them in place

i know i need to but my phone takes horrible pics and i swear when i take a pic there is a white cloud like thing in the pic ppl say its a ghost figure i tell them they are crazy
